Instructions for the completion of the form (Hard Copy)
1. Complete the areas on the form in BLOCK LETTERS in black/blue ink
2. Payments can be made by bank deposit only . Our banking details: Valombola VTC, First National Bank, Account Number: 62127706713, Call Account, Branch Code: 281173, Oshakati Main Branch.
3. This application form must be accompanied by certified copies of full birth certificate/identity card and relevant Academic Certificates/latest school results.
4. Completed application form can be submitted at Valombola Vocational Training Centre or posted to: Valombola Vocational Training Centre, Private Bag 5516, Oshakati on or before 30 January 2026.
5. No incomplete, faxed and emailed application form will be accepted.
6. Should you not receive any notification regarding the status of your application by 04 February 2026, consider your application unsuccessful.
