Instructions for the completion of the form (Hard Copy)
1. Complete the areas on the form in BLOCK LETTERS in black/blue ink
2. A non-refundable application fee of N$50.00 must accompany this application form Please do not send cash if posted. Payments can be made by bank deposit only and enclose your original deposit slip with this application form. Our banking details: Valombola VTC, First National Bank, Account Number: 62127706713, Call Account, Branch Code: 281173, Oshakati Main Branch.
3. This application form must be accompanied by certified copies of full birth certificate/identity card and relevant Academic Certificates/latest school results.
4. Completed application form can be submitted at Valombola Vocational Training Centre or posted to: Valombola Vocational Training Centre, Private Bag 5516, Oshakati on or before 30 October 2024.
5. No incomplete, faxed and emailed application form will be accepted.
6. Should you not receive any notification regarding the status of your application by 06 December 2024, consider your application unsuccessful.
