  • The Oshana Annual Career Fair took place on 22 - 25 April 2024 at Sam Nujoma Multipurpose Centre in Ongwediva

    The career fair attracted over 1900 learners from various circuits in Oshana region and exhibitors from different institutions in Technical Vocational Education & Training (TVET) and academic alike. Valombola Vocational Training Centre participated to engage with learners in grade 8 to 12 and to network with other stakeholders. The objective is to share information and create awareness about the importance of TVET courses in Namibia.

  • Despite the strong wind in the town of Eenhana last weekend, Valombola VTC showed remarkable resilience and managed to retain their position as NEV TVET HUB CUP Overall Winners consecutively.
    The tournament was hosted by Eenhana VTC on behalf of NEV TVET HUB on 17 and 18 May 2024. The award ceremony of medals and trophies was officiated by Ohangwena Governor, Hon. Lieutenant General (rtd) Sebastian Ndeitunga.
    Since its inception in 2019, the tournament has been spearhead by the three centres; Nakayale VTC, Eenhana VTC and Valombola VTC. The aim of the NEV TVET HUB CUP is to provide a platform for trainees from the three centres to showcase their skills and capabilities in various sport codes.

  • Today, Valombola Vocational Training Centre in conjunction with Association of Heat, Ventilation, and Cooling (HVAC) Namibia celebrated World Refrigeration Day 2024.
    The event was host by Valombola VTC, with an aim to strengthen relationship with key stakeholders, raise awareness about the critical role of refrigeration technologies in daily life; and highlight the importance of the refrigeration, air-conditioning & heat-pump sector.
